We’re looking for a Client Acquisition Executive – someone who’s great at spotting opportunities, building relationships, and helping businesses find the perfect tech solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Finding and connecting with potential clients—through research, networking, LinkedIn, and outreach.
- Understanding their challenges and presenting tailored software, mobile app, CRM, or IT solutions that fit their needs.
- Building lasting relationships by following up, providing valuable insights, and keeping clients engaged.
- Negotiating and closing deals—ensuring a smooth transition from lead to client.
- Collaborating with our tech teams to align solutions with business goals.
- Tracking progress in CRM and reporting on sales activities.
- Representing SoftOneTech at industry events, conferences, and business meetings.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 1-3 years in sales, business development, or client acquisition (bonus if it’s in IT/software services!).
- Communication Skills: You’re confident, clear, and great at building relationships.
- Sales-Driven Mindset: You love the challenge of generating leads and closing deals.
- Tech Enthusiast: You don’t need to be a developer, but understanding software, mobile apps, CRM, ERP, and cloud solutions is a plus.
- Negotiation Skills: You can handle objections and create win-win deals.
- Self-Motivated: You take initiative and don’t wait for opportunities—you create them.
- Education: B.Sc./B.Tech in IT, Computer Science, or Software Engineering.
